I had the most amazing stay at Vivenda Balou in Silves. The hosts Hans and Jaqueline were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The property itself was beautiful, with a stunning pool and peaceful garden where I could relax and unwind. The continental breakfast, with its homemade jams and fresh fruits, was a highlight of my mornings. , the location was perfect - quiet and serene, yet still close to the center of Silves.

Perfect 10/10 overall experience. Amazing hotel located in a very very nice area right by the centre, Silves and the surrounding area. Quiet and comfortable location, easy walk to everywhere. Nearby Tapas - great place to chill out. Large rooms, overlooking courtyard. Lovely interior design, very comfy beds. Clean pool, parking on site.

The pool is lovely, the room is impeccably clean with a view of the mountains, and it's close to the surrounding area, the coast, and the beach.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

The rooms at Vivenda Balou were fantastic! Our double room had a private entrance, which made it feel like our own little haven. The tile/marble floors added a touch of elegance, and the electric kettle was a convenient perk. It was lovely waking up to a garden view and the tea/coffee maker was a great way to start the day. The private bathroom with a shower was just what we needed after a long day of exploring. As a guest with children, having our own space was a blessing.

We had a relaxing stay at this lovely bed & breakfast just outside Silves. the spacious and comfortable bedroom offered a great view of the pool and grounds. the pool area was delightful, complete with a self-service bar and complimentary tea and coffee. the owners were incredibly accommodating and their King Charles spaniel, Balou, was a delight. We enjoyed a spot-on breakfast each morning. We'll definitely be back to Vivenda Balou!

The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants within a short walk. We also appreciated the host's offer to drive us to the coast at a reasonable price.

One minor inconvenience was that the hosts wanted to know exactly when we would have breakfast, which made planning a bit awkward. although pets were allowed, the host's own dog was a bit temperamental.

One small inconvenience was the lack of a fridge in the room to store drinks, as it was located in an outside building.
